Radical Japan strengthens its customer technical support system. Partner mechanics complete certified dealer training.
Radical Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director: Yuka Enomoto) conducted its first dealer training from Tuesday, January 20th to Thursday, January 22nd.
Radical Japan, the official distributor in Japan for Radical Motorsport Ltd. (headquartered in Cambridgeshire, UK), one of the UK's largest racing car manufacturers, has steadily strengthened its presence in Japan to serve motorsport enthusiasts since its official launch in August 2025.
As part of this initiative, Radical Japan invited the Product Training Manager from Radical Motorsports to conduct dealer training for the race mechanics of its partner racing team, Craft Bamboo Racing. The training focused on the latest model of the SR3, the XXR, known as "the world's best-selling racing car," deepening the mechanics' knowledge of the machine.
The dealer training began with a review of the SR3 XXR's structure, followed by a hands-on session where participants disassembled the machine to deepen their understanding of its construction, and discussions on troubleshooting in each area. On the final day, training was also conducted on machine calibration and setup.
The mechanics who participated in this training will receive a dealer training completion certificate from Radical Motorsports. Going forward, they will support customers' circuit racing lives from a technical standpoint as Radical professionals in Japan.
Radical Japan handles vehicle sales, technical support, and supplies parts, including consumables. We are also making arrangements to hold the Radical Cup, a one-make series using the SR3 XXR, in Japan. Details regarding test ride/experience events and the Cup will be announced at a later date.
